Our portable extractor goes anywhere, including apartments, upstairs rooms and tight spaces. HEPA vacuum included.
We use kid- and pet-safe cleaning solutions, and add pet odor treatment when you need it.
Every carpet job gets a deodorizer at no extra charge.
Carpet is usually dry in 2 to 4 hours. Run a fan or the AC to speed it up.
If a spot we cleaned isn't right, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and fix it free.

Yes. "Steam cleaning" usually means hot water extraction, which is what we do. We spray hot water and cleaning solution into the carpet, then pull it back out with strong suction, along with the dirt.
Yes. We use kid- and pet-safe cleaning solutions. Keep kids and pets off the carpet until it's dry, usually 2 to 4 hours.
Yes. We clean for tenants, landlords and property managers. Landlords and property managers with 2 or more units get 10% off.
No. We HEPA vacuum every area before we start extracting, and it's included in the price.
Yes. Add pet odor treatment for $20 per area. Old or deep stains can't always be fully removed, and we'll tell you honestly before we start.
The minimum covers the trip, setup and equipment for small jobs. Most visits are over the minimum already, so it only applies to very small jobs.
A decontamination wash, a 1-step paint correction to take out light swirls and boost gloss, then a Gyeon ceramic coating rated for 12 months. It starts at $349 for cars and $399 for SUVs and trucks.
Hand wash with a pH-neutral soap, skip automatic brush car washes, and keep it out of rain or sprinklers for the first 24 hours after we apply it.
Yes. We're fully mobile and come to your driveway, office or wherever the car is parked.
Yes. We clean offices, rentals and commercial spaces, plus work vehicles and golf carts.
Usually 2 to 4 hours. Open a window or run a fan or the AC to help it dry faster, and keep foot traffic light until it's dry.
Just access to a water spigot and a power outlet near the job.
It depends on the job. For most jobs, you just need to let us in and show us what needs cleaning. If you need to leave, tell us when you book and we'll work it out.

No problem. Just give us at least 24 hours notice so we can open the spot for someone else.

Heavy soil, mold or biohazard cleanups are priced on site. We'll always tell you the price before we start.
We take cash and Zelle, paid when the job is done.

We sometimes share before-and-after photos of jobs on our website and social media. We never include your name or address. If you'd rather we not use photos of your job, just tell us.
